Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers purchasing Products from within a member state of the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify JetWave in writing by sending an email to support@jetwave.com within the 14-day withdrawal period, clearly stating their intention to return the Product.

Once JetWave has received the withdrawal notice, the Product must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the notice was submitted. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering any costs associated with returning the Product, unless otherwise specified by JetWave. 

Returned products must be in their original condition. This means the Product must be unused, undamaged, and must not have been used in water. JetWave reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

For customers purchasing Products from countries outside the European Union, all purchases are considered final, and JetWave does not accept returns or provide refunds except where required by applicable law.
